Transportation Information+
All guests meet at the Montague Beach 45 minutes before the tour departs.
If you'd like to book transportation ahead of time, we recommend the following: Lamont Nixon 1-242-434-6868 (top choice), Peter Rahming 1-242-424-7129 (cruise port), Derren Dames 1-242-433-3314 (hotels), or Chadson Gray 1-242-814-8294. They're all available via WhatsApp, direct text message, or phone call.
The meeting point is 7 to 10 minutes from the cruise port by cab. Regulated cabs are available immediately outside the port. Budget about $10.00 to $14.00 USD per person, and most cabs accept cash. We always recommend having the same cab pick you up upon return.
How far is the meeting point?+
Montague Beach is 7 to 10 minutes by cab from the cruise port, and all hotels on Paradise Island (Atlantis, RIU, Warwick, Comfort Suites, and others) including the Margaritaville Resort.
It is 10 to 15 minutes by cab from Holiday Inn and Courtyard Marriott, and 20 to 25 minutes by cab from Bahamar, Sandals, Breezes, and SandyPort Beach Club.

What is the cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation is 24 hours prior to your group tour. The card on file will automatically be charged at the time of the excursion for any no-show reservation.
Private tours require 48 hours cancellation notice, with the same no-show charge policy.
All cancellation requests should be submitted via email or text to Island Escapes Bahamas within the specified required time to avoid forfeit: email islandescapesbahamas@gmail.com or call 1-242-424-7117.
Island Escapes Bahamas reserves the right to cancel an excursion due to weather, insufficient passengers, or force majeure.
What if my tour is cancelled due to weather?+
All ticket purchases are automatically insured and 100% refundable in the case of a weather-related cancellation by the company.
Is parking available at the meeting point?+
Yes it is. There is free parking at Montague Beach.
What are the age requirements?+
For the Perfect Day Experience, the minimum age requirement is infants from 8 months. Infants are no cost, and the child rate ranges from ages 2 to 11.
For the private charters, all ages are accepted.
What kind of boats do we go on?+
We conduct our tours using center console powerboats and a small catamaran, with restrooms on board the vessel.
How long are we at each stop?+
The reef snorkel is 30 minutes, the pig interaction is 25 to 30 minutes, the beach club experience is 90 minutes, and turtle watching is 10 minutes.
