Please note that all tours are heavily dependent on weather conditions and in accordance to maritime and aviation safety guidelines, Island Escapes Bahamas Limited reserves the right to cancel any and all tours in the event of poor weather conditions.

Not only is the safety of all passengers and crew of utmost importance but also the comfort level and quality of experience for each and every person on board. This tour is an offshore safari by sea and the furthest offshore day excursion to ever exist in the Bahamas, so the rules and guidelines surrounding how the operation is run are more strict and tactical than the average daily tour. We stand by these practices and it is by these standards we have built a business you can trust.

Island Escapes Bahamas Ltd reserves the right to cancel an excursion due to weather, insufficient passengers, or force majeure.

In the event of inclement weather and the tour is cancelled by Island Escapes Bahamas, we automatically issue a 100 percent refund to each and every passenger. No questions asked.

Notice: this form must be read and signed by all adult passengers and by the legal guardian for and on behalf of any minors participating in Island Escapes Bahamas excursions before being allowed to board the Island Escapes Bahamas vessels.

In consideration of permission to board the Island Escapes Bahamas vessel on this date, I, for myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns hereby release, waive and forever discharge Island Escapes Bahamas, its employees, agents, assigns and the organizers of the Island Escapes Bahamas excursions of and from any claims, loss, demands, damages, costs, expenses and causes of action whatsoever whether in law or equity, in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property howsoever caused, arising by reason of my participation in the said Island Escapes Bahamas excursions, whether as a spectator, participant or otherwise, whether prior to, during or subsequent to boarding and/or disembarking the vessel, and notwithstanding that same may have been contributed to, or occasioned by, the negligence of any of the aforesaid agents, employees, assigns or organizers.

I am duly aware of the risks and hazards associated, seen and unforeseen, and I acknowledge that my actions and the actions of others may be hazardous and dangerous and that obstructions may exist in the ocean, that high winds may cause rough waters and that any manner of wild life may be encountered, and I hereby give notice that I am a competent adult and that I voluntarily assume all risks that may be sustained by me or to my property in connection with my participation in the excursion. I acknowledge that any child travelling with my group is three years and above.

By signing this form, I acknowledge having read, understood and agree to waive, release and indemnify Island Escapes Bahamas, its employees, agents, assigns and the organizers of the Island Escapes Bahamas excursions, and I warrant that I am physically fit to participate. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the aforesaid to use any photograph, video motion picture, recording or any record of the sessions for any legitimate, promotional or record keeping purpose.
